Service Area: King and Snohomish Counties
Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE). After training you move to a commission-based pay structure
Are you a hands-on professional with a growth mindset who enjoys solving problems and helping homeowners? We’re looking for an Insulation Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll use your skills to protect families from pests, all while upholding our core values: family focus, passion, commitment, and integrity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install drainage pipe inside crawl space and exterior of home.
- Apply mastic to seal HVAC duct joints and wrap duct with insulation.
- Install air baffles in attic and crawl spaces.
- Clean-up work site and take debris to dump.
- Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—you’re the face of our company.
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Comfort working in confined spaces and at heights where pests may be present.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screening (marijuana not screened).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report will be pulled.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer demands, though it is rare.
