The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards, all Starbucks brand standards and food safety standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes, including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, rotation, cleaning, signing and backstock.
• Maintain an on-going awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience while driving efficiency and maintaining food safety.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests all day, every day.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Follow proper packaging and labeling guidelines for food products and comply with food safety requirements.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practice.
• Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders and managing perishable inventory.
• Follow procedures for food safety, temperature checks, cleaning tasks, and signage as outlined in best practices.
• Provide a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with questions and product information.
• Complete all required Starbucks trainings related to quality control and safety.
• Work in a safe manner, identify hazards, and comply with safety policies and best practices.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable and prompt attendance.
• Ability to handle cash register operations as needed and lift up to 44 pounds; ability to work in varying temperatures (34°F to
  -10°F) and in spaces with common allergens.
