In the new heart of Woodinville the beauty of the Pacific Northwest meets the newest destination, The SOMM Hotel and Spa. The SOMM is set to open in summer 2025, becoming the centerpiece of a 20‑acre master‑planned development in Woodinville, Washington. The hotel will offer 164 rooms, a signature restaurant, rooftop bar, 10,000 sq ft of meeting space, a 5,661‑sq ft spa, and 9,000 sq ft of retail space including wine‑tasting rooms and restaurants.

• Takes orders and serves food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards.
• Enters orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicates any special requests to the culinary team.
• Assembles food items, such as appetizers, salads and soups, as well as trays or carts with food, beverages, condiments, utensils, and any special requests.
• Delivers orders promptly and professionally to guest rooms.
• Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages. Ensures that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature.
• Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold‑out items.
• Processes guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures.
• Keeps work area, including guest dining area, clean and organized.
• Provides post‑service follow up with guests as needed and retrieves trays or carts after use.

• Previous experience as server in a similar restaurant environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) and Liquor Serving Permit(s).
