CRM System, Systems Administrator
Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of Salesforce Administrator.
As our Salesforce Administrator, your job will be responsible for implementing Salesforce. As a core platform it will integrate with Acumatica ERP and other systems to better support our teams and scale while staying true to what makes us successful. This will include deploying Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service at enterprise scale supporting hundreds of users across field and office operations.
You are: an individual with strong platform and data experience who is comfortable working in a hands‑on, operational environment. You will join early in our Salesforce implementation alongside an experienced internal systems administrator who brings deep company knowledge. Your role is to pair Salesforce expertise with operational insight to build a system that works for our teams. This is not a behind‑the‑scenes desk role.
You will work directly with leadership, our implementation partner, and field SMEs to build and support the platform. We are building Salesforce around our process, not changing our business to fit inside Salesforce.
We are: Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning – the HVAC company with the big colorful logo and the recognizable trucks that you see all over Puget Sound. In its third generation, our family‑owned business has developed into the region’s largest all‑residential HVAC company by providing quality service to our customers since 1957. We also pride ourselves in being one of the leading employers of choice in Western Washington.
