Role Part-time Wine Club Concierge in Woodinville, WA. This role functions as a steward of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, providing exceptional service to consumer inquiries through the Direct-to-Consumer Channel or general web inquiries. The position operates on a three-day schedule:
Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. This is a part-time hourly role that is eligible for tips and requires availability in the evenings and on weekends.

• Providing front line customer service to wine club members and other direct sales customers for a broad portfolio of wineries.
• Responding to inbound phone calls and e-mails and making outbound calls related to general customer inquiries, event reservations, club membership questions, and direct shipment orders.
• Performing a variety of data entry tasks to support wine clubs and e-commerce functions (e.g., new member signups, member data updates).
• Researching and resolving routine customer service inquiries or problems.
• Processing daily orders for e-commerce and club.
• Logging consumer complaints and escalating to the appropriate personnel.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion.

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a customer service position with outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer skills (intermediate level or above with MS Office).
• Basic knowledge of the wine industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, and fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.

$19.45 - $25.27 per hour based upon relevant experience. helle Wine Estates we believe in paying our employees equal pay for equal work. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate's prior experience and education level as it pertains to the role.
