Sophia Health Institute in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Clinic Liaison to support Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt and our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong administrative support background who are able to move swiftly, learn quickly, and take initiative in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
We strongly encourage applications from military service members and veterans, particularly those with experience in administrative support, operations, logistics, medical support, or command support roles.
This is a part‑time, primarily in‑person position, with the potential for limited telework in the future once training and workflows are established.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to Dr. Klinghardt and clinic leadership
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, documentation, and internal workflows
- Work within and help streamline EMR system pending CMR integration (medical experience is a plus, not required)
- Support clinic operations, projects, and day‑to‑day problem‑solving
- Identify inefficiencies, anticipate needs, and propose practical fixes
- Adapt rapidly to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Prior military service strongly preferred, or equivalent experience in high‑discipline environments
- Background in administrative support, operations, logistics, executive support, or medical administration
- Medical or clinical office experience is a plus, but not required if you can learn quickly
- Highly internet‑savvy and comfortable navigating multiple digital systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Interest in or openness to using AI tools and modern digital workflows
- Self‑motivated, dependable, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure
- Work closely with a globally recognized physician and experienced clinical team
