• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options with drive and a passion for helping people.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred as part of the role.

Retail Sales Consultant earn between $15.65 - $17.53 per hour with eligible commissions up to $13,700+ if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year
. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
