Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist III - Floater at Woodbury, NJ
! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:

Floater – hours may vary between 6:00 AM and 8:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-21.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and specialized specimen collections
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Provide coverage across multiple locations and roles as business needs dictate
• Ensure daily PSC/IOP/Mobile/LTC operations are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, and documentation
• Create a professional, safe, and patient-focused environment
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and process excellence
• Step in as acting lead when required and direct daily activities of PSRs on site
• Serve as coach, mentor, and resource advisor for new employees
• Support onboarding of new clients and staff
• Act as point of contact at assigned sites and provide regular feedback to supervisors
• Manage high-complexity and high-volume accounts requiring advanced phlebotomy skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Lab Services, IT, Billing, and Logistics

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate: will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
