Sales Manager

Join our team as a Sales Manager at Xponential Fitness. This role involves overseeing all studio sales functions, driving revenue streams including memberships and retail, and providing excellent customer service. The position offers a base pay range of $16.00 to $19.00 per year, with additional incentives based on skills and experience.

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
• Manage membership and retail sales
• Supervise sales staff and manage staff schedules
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email
• Utilize Club Ready software for client account management
• Participate in community events and studio promotions
• Perform operational duties such as ordering supplies and managing social media

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (preferred)
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train sales reps
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented with a results-driven approach

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency with computers and studio software
