• Demonstrate deep knowledge of business procedures, safety standards, and sanitization; prepare meat products (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) to established standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and boost associate engagement.
• Maintain operational excellence, ensure product quality and safety, secure fragile items, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Advocate for the department and club by modeling exceptional service and products.
• Follow company policies, procedures, ethics, and Open Door policy to execute business processes effectively.
• Use policies, data, and resources to prioritize work, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00.

Must be 18 years of age or older. All required job trainings and assessments must be completed within the prescribed time period.
