Saint Therese of Woodbury is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dedicated clinical team. Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has offered a social, vibrant living environment with a continuum of care. We host 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments, plus 56 skilled and transitional care units.

• Providing direct care to residents under individual plans of care, administering care and medications per doctor’s orders.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Document resident care using charting software.
• Notify Nurse Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to NARs.
• Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday:

• 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (24 hours per two-week pay period) - Sign on Bonus of $2,500
• 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (72 hours per two-week pay period) - Sign on Bonus of $5,000

• Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
• Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven history of good judgement and integrity
• High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident
• CPR Certification
