Northern Taphouse is looking for an Assistant Manager(s).

Hourly Rate: $24-$29/hour plus benefits
Salary options are also available.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership grounded in the Northern Taphouse values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods, and procedures. This leads to sustained growth in sales and profits achieved through personal, people, business, and results leadership. Our management team creates an energetic, enthusiastic, and fun atmosphere in the restaurant, generating excellent service and positive morale. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and a desire to grow. Our managers promote excellence by providing superior customer service and are responsible for staffing, scheduling, financial goals, and staff development.

Managers will oversee daily restaurant operations, including appearance and presentation, customer experience, and providing professional leadership and direction to all employees. They will also be responsible for selecting and training highly skilled, service-oriented employees and conducting training to develop food and beverage knowledge and sales skills.
