- Ensure team members receive ongoing training, coaching and celebrate success.
- Build shift supervisor capability and prepare them for the next level.
- Actively coach brand service behaviors, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate.
- Monitor speed of service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
- Ensure restaurant is welcoming, clean, and meets product quality and operations standards.
- Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
- Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
- Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
- Evaluate and implement cost controls.
- Monitor people charts, production planning, and make necessary adjustments.
- Create and monitor schedule and manage new team members onboarding process.
- Implement action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent guest service skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication with guests and team members.
- Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
- Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
- Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends, and holidays.
