• Monitor speed of service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming, clean, and meets product quality and operations standards.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts, production planning, and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and monitor schedule and manage new team members onboarding process.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends, and holidays.
