Responsibilities- Provide care to adult patients with co‑occurring disorders, Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Perform effective case, psychosocial, and suicide risk assessments; develop and conduct group interventions.
- Draft treatment and discharge plans, facilitate discharge meetings, and keep families informed of progress.
- Coordinate care with outpatient providers and lead weekly treatment team meetings.
- Maintain master treatment plans and contribute a clinical perspective rooted in family systems and social‑work theory.
- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members and directors; uphold cultural and gender‑affirming practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (preferred) and MN licensure required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental‑health setting, especially with co‑occurring disorders.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
$29–$36 per hour, depending on licensure and experience. Pay reflects skills, education, and market conditions, with internal equity considered.
