- Shifts Available:
- Full-time PM Shift (2:30p-10:30p), every other weekend required.
- Full-time or Part-time NOC Shift (10:30p-6:30a), every other weekend required.
- On-call – 4 days required per month, 2 of which must be weekend shifts
- HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour
- CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour
- Shift Differential: $1 for PMs, $2 for NOCs
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Annual reviews with wage increases.
