• Provide high‑quality personal care and services to residents.
• Support residents’ individualized living choices in accordance with regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver person‑directed care.

• Enjoyment of caregiving; experience in assisted living helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated competence in elder‑resident care, critical thinking, teamwork, self‑leadership and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Alignment with PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Proficient reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English.

Estimated starting pay: $21.00–$22.90 per hour. Final pay depends on qualifications and market conditions.
