By working in more than one classroom within our school, float teachers become beloved members of our school community. These positions are versatile roles that enable teachers to acquire a wide range of early childhood experiences by working with different age groups and children.

- A CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits toward an early childhood education or ECE-related field. College credits are required.
- ability to work 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
- must be authorized to work in the US
- must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study
This position starts at $22.20-$24.45+. Our wage scale is based on education and experience.
