Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Fitness Program Account Specialist to join the Healthy Contributions team. In this role, you will be the primary contact for fitness facility partners enrolled in our fitness and wellness programs. Your responsibilities include onboarding new fitness facility partners to the fitness incentive program, supporting technical queries related to portal setup, and assisting facility managers to enhance their portal and service experience through strong technical knowledge.

A passion for health and fitness, excellent communication skills, and strong program management abilities are essential.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
  • Manage and process applications for facilities in the assigned territory to join the Healthy Contributions network of nearly 20,000 locations.
  • Onboard facility managers with setup and configuration of the portal and reporting features within the Healthy Contributions dashboard.
  • Meet regularly with client accounts to understand issues and implement solutions or direct to appropriate resources.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with products and services, resolving escalated issues and evaluating needs for potential solutions.
  • Support facility managers during peak monthly usage submission periods (1st-5th).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for facility managers in the territory.
  • Identify and escalate cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
  • Lead educational tutorials and webinars on portal capabilities and functionalities.
  • Perform data analysis and report synthesis as needed.
  • Manipulate Excel spreadsheets for data upload support.
  • Become an internal expert on program details and insurance providers.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions to ensure proper onboarding.
  • Collaborate with account counterparts to set future goals and discuss updates.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter.

    Salary: $23.58 per hour
