Locum Tenens Hematology Oncology Opportunity Near Woodbury, CT Are you a board-certified Hematology Oncology physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity? We have an immediate need near Woodbury, CT, for a dedicated provider to cover a critical gap in patient care. This role is ideal for a physician who values flexibility and enjoys working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Setting:
Inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
Schedule:
Clinic Days: 3 days per week (Monday-Friday) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM On-Call:
Infrequent weekend and night call, typically 2-3 weekends per year and a 1:10 night call rotation Patient Demographics:
Adults and geriatric patients Patient Load:
Inpatient: 10 patients per day Outpatient: 15 patients per day Specialty Focus: 80% Hematology 20% Oncology Team Structure: 10 physicians and 8 advanced practice providers (APPs) EMR System:
Epic Requirements:
Board Certification:
Must be board-certified in Hematology Oncology. State License:
Must hold an active Connecticut state license.
Experience:
Preferably local candidates; no flights required. Certification Requirements: BLS certification required. Call
