Level 1- anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, organic disorders addiction disorders. EMR: EPIC Submission Requirements:
Board Certified in Psychiatry:
Required CT License in Hand at Name Clear:
Highly Preferred BLS, DEA, CSR:
Required Clean Malpractice and Background:
