ECCO
, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Third Keyholder. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our retail team.

• Drive and exceed store financial goals by ensuring a world‑class shopping experience for our guests.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory, maintaining operational and administrative excellence.
• Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the ECCO store team.
• Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures.
• Assign goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential.
• Communicate all applicable information to fellow management and employees.
• Act as a brand ambassador for ECCO by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and maintain superior organization and follow‑up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a valuable contribution toward maintaining ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability.
• Strong selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.

Competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience: $16.34 – $18.77 per hour

Bonus:
Quarterly performance bonus based on store results and position.
