• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.
• Use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example and model behaviors for the sales team.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Handle retail and cash handling duties, including start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
• Support the store’s operational tasks and contribute to a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.25 to $28.75
. The exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and the company offers a variety of benefits, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time.
