A leading facility management organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their VRE locations throughout Greater Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will assist in maintenance work including electrical repairs and carpentry. Responsibilities include providing preventive maintenance, maintaining logs, and performing on-call duties. Candidates must have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and be a Licensed Journeyman Electrician. This role demands considerable physical activity and involves exposure to challenging working conditions.
