Security Officer Part-Time Walking Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and entertainment location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter routes; note unusual activity and report findings per post orders;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and guest concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, using verbal de-escalation and requesting additional support from site management and/or public responders as needed;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas to help deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and disruptive behavior; provide directions and assist with crowd flow during peak periods and special events;
Complete detailed written reports, incident documentation, and shift logs; communicate timely updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts using approved reporting methods
