Security Officer - Unarmed Bike Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and entertainment setting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and fire or alarm activations, and report conditions to site leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior public areas, entertainment attractions, storefront corridors, and exterior perimeter areas to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards.;
Control access to restricted areas, assist with closing and opening routines, and support crowd management during peak hours, special events, and high-traffic periods.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and guest interactions in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
