Sales Specialist
Location:
National Harbor, MD – Salary: $15–$18 hourly (full‑time, 34–40 hrs/week)
- Guide customers through product options, samples, and solutions including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages.
- Guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and monitor inventory to support a seamless shopping experience.
Crucial skills: strong communication, customer‑focus, and a drive to exceed sales goals. Ability to monitor inventory and support seamless in‑stock. Experience in retail or sales preferred.
