We’re on the search for a Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Manage your assigned sales floor zone, ensuring visual standards are met.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry, metaphorically speaking.
• Help maintain the stock room organization and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Experience in retail; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
