• Execute door‑to‑floor concept: receive, shelve, and set up inventory.
• Provide on‑going training and onboarding for new crew.
• Open and close the store.

• Minimum one year retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Charismatic personality and love for the Vineyard Vines brand.
• Proven track record in driving sales and mentoring a team.
• Detail oriented and able to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

• Weekend availability required.
• 20–30 hours/week on average for part‑time status.
• Seasonal peaks may require 25–40 hours/week.

• Stand or move for extended periods.
• Reach, carry, bend, climb ladders occasionally.
• Lift up to 40 pounds unless accommodation requested.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year
