Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate our members interact with. That’s why it’s so important to smile, greet, and thank each and every one. We are looking for friendly faces to run registers and support our members through the self‑checkout experience!

The pace can be fast, especially evenings, weekends, and the holiday season. You may need to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, promoting company products, and guiding members on self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases and assist with payments according to company policies for various membership and payment types.
• Assist with transactions using registers or self‑checkout areas, zone the area, and arrange merchandise.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and communicating progress and improvement opportunities.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
