The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Minimum of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds per shift.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Ability to work up to 38 hours per week.
