Assistant Store Manager – Spencer’s

Hourly rate ranges from $14.77–$15.02 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age of 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
