Customer Technical Support Specialist Help Desk
We are seeking Help Desk Customer Service Support Specialists to join us on a relying proposal effort. The Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) provides Tier I/II support using tools such as BMC Remedy and Service Now. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, tracking incidents, resolving trouble tickets, and escalating complex issues as necessary.
Work LocationOn-site; not remote:
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.
Employment would begin upon contract award.
Requirements- Two years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy and Service Now.
- Clearance:
Active Secret. - Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation.
- Must sign Letter of Intent.
