We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on and retention bonus for full-time new hires.

9A-9P Thursday – Saturday and a floating 4 hour shift.

• The CR2 Mobile Crisis Team Lead is responsible for the primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team.
• Review service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness; conduct retrospective service reviews; oversee assessments.
• Provide direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators; maintain relationships with community partners; coordinate individual care; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel within the service area as needed (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William).
• participate in the supervisor on-call rotation.

• Competitive salary of $65,000-$70,000 for this full-time exempt position
• Sign-on and retention bonus paid out at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year; additional yearly bonuses as grant funding permits

• Supervision for licensure

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in health, psychology or social work
• Licensure:
  Licensed or License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting, with strong organizational and documentation skills
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
