At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities. We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.

• Provide primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team.
• Review service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness; conduct retrospective service reviews.
• Oversee assessments and provide direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators.
• Maintain relationships with community partners; coordinate individual care; ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Travel within the service area as needed:
  Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William.
• Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM on Thursday to Saturday, plus a floating 4-hour shift.

• Competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000 for this full-time exempt position
• Sign-on and retention bonus paid out at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year; additional yearly bonuses as grant funding permits

• Supervision for licensure

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in health, psychology, or social work
• Licensure:
  Licensed or license-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting, with strong organizational and documentation skills
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
