Are you a leader with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of people living with mental health challenges and substance use disorders? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is to empower individuals and strengthen communities. We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities- Provide primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team.
- Review service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness; conduct retrospective service reviews.
- Oversee assessments and provide direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators.
- Maintain relationships with community partners; coordinate individual care; ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Travel within the service area as needed:
Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. - Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM on Thursday to Saturday, plus a floating 4-hour shift.

Benefits- Competitive salary of $65,000–$70,000 for this full-time exempt position
- Sign-on and retention bonus paid out at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year; additional yearly bonuses as grant funding permits

- Supervision for licensure
- Education:
Master’s degree in health, psychology, or social work - Licensure:
Licensed or license-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia - Experience:
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting, with strong organizational and documentation skills - A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance
