Behavior Technician (BT) provides 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping children with autism reach important goals while staying engaged, playful, and active.

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team to support success.
• Stay physically active during sessions – sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

• Paid onboarding training.
• 40‑hour RBT course included.
• Mentoring and supervision every step of the way.
• Support for obtaining RBT certification if not yet certified.

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification.

• Part‑time and full‑time positions available.
• Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.

• Hourly pay range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience; higher pay available upon RBT certification).
