Ellie Mental Health is a socially responsible for‑profit business hiring licensed therapists in Woodbridge, VA. Our clinicians receive centralized administrative support, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling so they can focus on serving clients.

Woodbridge, Virginia

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, including Telehealth services.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation per company guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians.
• Offer excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to further community needs.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Advocate for clients by coordinating services with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or a resident/master’s‑level supervisee working toward licensure with ability to practice independently.
• Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
• Background check clearance.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in child/adolescent settings.

• Experience with adults, couples, and families.
• Knowledge of outpatient therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing.
• Certification in specialty treatment modalities.
• Fluency in a language other than English (plus).
