- Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
- Provide effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes.
- Be productive and efficient in daily operations.
- Select and perform the appropriate assessment procedures.
- Establish and update formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.
