JG WENTWORTH HOME LENDING is a nationally licensed DIRECT lender that has built its success over the past 15+ years in originating Conventional, FHA, VA, FNMA/FHMLC, USDA loans.

COMPENSATION: $200K+ commission potential

Our loan officers are the front line contact. They are identifying prospective customers, through leads provided, and analyzing their financial situation for recommendations on loan products. Loan Officers are in contact with customers from application to closing as they work through the loan process.

We are looking for loan officers who are highly skilled in phone sales with a desire to achieve in a competitive sales environment.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience and NMLS Safe Act compliant with at least 1 active state license
• College preferred, not required with proven mortgage experience
• Comfortable managing a monthly pipeline of up to 40 loans
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Must have strong communication skills and is detail oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
