Tech is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support the Army's C2

Now/C2

Fix concept requirement. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to work to ensure the Army policies, procedures, and processes for C2

Now/C2

Fix are in line with overarching guidelines. Provides procedural and operational guidance to the Field Support Contractor Team Lead and helps to ensure documentation reflects current operational standards. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert of the Army's two-year proof of concept for C2

Now architecture. Supports all C2

Now/C2

Fix events to include, New Equipment Fielding (NEF), New Equipment Training (NET), CSI Commo Sergeant Courses, Unit exercises, Over-The-Shoulder unit requested training, and provides technical troubleshooting for all C2

Now C2

Fix product issues experienced by the customer.

Primary Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
  • Assist the Field Support Team with all C2

    Now/C2

    Fix technical issues.
  • Coordinates with other Program Offices for C2

    Now/C2

    Fix testing and support.
  • Serves as the Primary C2

    Now/C2

    Fix trainer for all FST/RSTs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving C2

    Now/C2

    Fix technical issues and providing expert guidance on tactical radio operations and maintenance, both in the field and remotely.
  • Foster strong relationships with army units, commanders, and other stakeholders, providing ongoing support and technical expertise to ensure mission success and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to address customer needs, gather feedback, and contribute to the enhancement of our tactical radio solutions.
  • Provide operational guidance to C2

    Now/C2

    Fix efforts, as well as continued support to all units that are equipped with POR radios and waveforms.
  • Provide technical trouble-shooting resolution in test lab environment to include MANET hardware, ancillary equipment and test architecture.
  • Utilize tools for building and modifying radio plans, such as Harris' Communication Planning Application (CPA), Trellisware Toolkit and TSM Management Tool, ATOM, and Warfighter Initialization Tool (WIT).
  • Perform and provide training on changing capabilities to include software baseline updates.
Responsibilities
  • 15 years of technical experience as a Signal Support Systems Specialist
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 10 years' experience as upper and lower TI Technical SME and Field Engineering Services
  • 8 years' experience with Tactical Radio Operations and Architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of army communication protocols, encryption standards, and radio frequency management.
  • Provide training and field support in the areas of C2

    Now/C2

    Fix applications, engineering, integration, installation, testing, upgrades and analysis of the field expectation and performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Must be able to travel within the region and occasionally internationally up to 50% of the year, as required.

Qualifications
  • Prior military experience is a plus
  • Experience with DoD satellite management systems and operational frameworks.
  • Familiarity with operational and system architecture frameworks.
  • Proficiency with tools such as ATOM, JENM, JIST, and JSMPS.
  • Knowledge of the Army's WCDMA satellite database and USSF procedures. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage diverse audiences.
