Dental Hygienist - $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Location: Lake Ridge Dental Associates, Woodbridge, VA.

Compensation: $65 per hour + $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule: 1 hour recalls, 1.5 hour SRPs, 1.5 hour new patient appointments, 4‑day work week.

• Virginia Dental Hygiene License (New grads are welcome!)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience with all aspects of hygiene care: perio charting, prophylaxis, SRP, fluoride, x‑rays, and patient education
