This is a full-time, on-site position located in Woodbridge, VA, for a Construction Assistant Project Manager . The selected candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Supporting the project management team
- Monitoring project schedules and timelines
- Assisting with budget tracking and cost control
- Coordinating subcontractors and resources
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicating with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery
- Strong understanding of Project Management and Construction Project Management
- Experience in project coordination and construction operations
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation in construction projects
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in construction and/or HVAC projects is a plus
