Early Childhood Educator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodbridge, CT for an Early Childhood Educator. The educator will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for children. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering the development of essential skills, collaborating with families and colleagues, and maintaining a well-organized and engaging classroom. The role involves hands-on teaching, encouraging creativity, and promoting positive social and emotional development in young learners.

• Knowledge and understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Creativity skills for developing engaging and age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.
• Experience working with children, demonstrating patience, compassion, and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly and stimulating learning environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
• State teaching certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
