About the Role

We are seeking a Cyber AI Lead Specialty Software Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced AI-driven software solutions. In this role, you will work on high-impact, complex initiatives involving AI, large language models (LLMs), and large-scale distributed systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and secure software across the enterprise.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, deep knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies, and experience leading development efforts in cloud-native environments.
What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications leveraging enterprise APIs, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies.
• Partner with internal engineering groups to integrate LLM models into existing systems and product workflows.
• Build and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Python, Open Shift containers, Google Cloud Platform, and other modern technologies.
• Deploy cloud-native, containerized software using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks; apply emerging techniques to new and existing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex software and model-related issues; support root-cause analysis and long-term remediation.
• Mentor and assist engineering team members in advanced software development best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Python, Java, Open Shift, Google Cloud Platform, and related technologies.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML concepts, such as deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of chatbots, transformer models, or SWE-Bench.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Swarm, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or Google ADK.
• Exposure to Dev Ops tools and modern testing best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile development and version control (e.g., Git).
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
