Job SummaryThe Business Development Associate will perform outbound sales, qualify opportunities, and build lasting broker relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
- Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
- Represent NIP Group professionally to build lasting relationships
- Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
- Support broader marketing and sales initiatives
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Experience: Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience);
Salesforce/CRM familiarity; insurance or financial products background a plus - Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
- Confidence and assertiveness in client conversations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- $42,500–$96,500 annual salary
