Registered Nurse (Non-Acute) position at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) in Iselin, New Jersey. Part‑time with benefits, day shift.

• Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of patient care.
• Collecting comprehensive data, performing age & disease specific assessments, recognizing status changes, and identifying educational needs.
• Developing a plan of care with patient/family centered goals, and coordinating care across nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
• Communicating, coordinating, and implementing the plan of care, including patient/family education and documentation.
• Managing medication administration safely with technology, performing point‑of‑care documentation, and facilitating multidisciplinary discharge planning.
• Evaluating progress toward outcomes, using critical thinking, and initiating interventions related to changes in condition.
• Identifying ethical issues, enhancing patient satisfaction, maintaining required competencies and certifications, and adhering to ANA Code, HMH standards and physical requirements.

• Education: BSN in progress or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly, accountability for improving patient lives, teamwork, dedication to ongoing education, patient focus.
• Preferred: National certification in specialty area.

  NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License; BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.

• Minimum rate $41.90 per hour.
