Job Summary:

The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational functions of the firm. They work closely with firm leaders, attorneys, and staff to ensure the efficient delivery of legal services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of law firm operations.

• Operational Strategy:
  Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Financial Management:
  Manage the firm's operational budget, financial reporting, and forecasting. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
• Technology and Systems:
  Oversee the selection and implementation of technology solutions to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and ensure data security and compliance.
