Responsibilities
+ Manage day‑to‑day labor relations activities and act as the primary contact for union representatives.
+ Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements; provide guidance to leadership on contract language.
+ Lead grievance investigations, documentation, responses, and resolution steps.
+ Prepare for and participate in collective bargaining negotiations, including research, costing, and proposal development.
+ Advise leaders on corrective actions, disciplinary matters, and contract compliance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in unionized environments who has labor relations, contract administration and HR.
