Definitive Health is building a market‑leading digital audience business that enables healthcare brands, agencies, and platforms to activate high‑quality HCP and consumer (DTC) audiences across the AdTech ecosystem. We are expanding our product team and hiring an AdTech Platform Manager to support the execution and scaling of our digital audience products. This role will own the roadmap and performance of a core audience measurement/optimization platform while leading end‑to‑end execution of our audience product lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a mid‑level Product Manager with strong AdTech and data platform fluency who is comfortable operating independently and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders. This role is also ideal for someone early in their product career who has strong AdTech and data fluency. You will work closely with other Product Managers supporting Digital Audiences to help build, maintain, and distribute audience products across the AdTech ecosystem.

Summary

The Product Manager, Audience Platforms & Taxonomy owns the roadmap, execution, and operational health of one of Definitive Health’s audience activation platforms, in addition to supporting the broader digital audience portfolio. You will drive prioritisation decisions, define requirements, and ensure audience products are built correctly, refreshed on time, documented properly, and live across partner platforms. This is a highly cross‑functional role working with Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnership Sales, Operations, and external AdTech platform partners.

You will act as both Product Manager and Product Owner for your platform, translating business strategy into technical execution.

What You’ll Do Audience Taxonomy & Segment Development
  • Maintain and expand Definitive Healthcare audience taxonomy (specialty, clinical area, intent, demographics, behaviors).
  • Help translate taxonomy frameworks into production‑ready audience segments.
  • Work with Data Science to validate attributes, crosswalks, and signals used in audience creation.
  • Assist in testing and refining new audience concepts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand segment offerings based on revenue performance, client demand, and market trends.
Audience QA & Lifecycle Management
  • Execute and manage audience QA processes, including validation, refresh cycles, and documentation.
  • Monitor data quality, freshness, and completeness across audience builds.
  • Maintain audience metadata, naming conventions, and platform mappings.
  • Flag issues, inconsistencies, or risks to the Product Director for resolution.
  • Ensure audience products meet privacy, regulatory, and platform compliance requirements, including healthcare data considerations and AdTech industry standards (e.g., platform policies, NAI/DAA frameworks).
  • Define and improve operational SLAs for refresh cadence, QA standards, and data quality monitoring.
AdTech Syndication & Distribution
  • Work with key AdTech partners (e.g., Live Ramp, DSPs, marketplaces, social platforms) and the Digital Partner team to syndicate audiences downstream for activation.
