As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for applications used by our client advisory teams. The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with a cross‑disciplinary team of developers, business analysts, QA analysts, and end users in an environment where they can make a material impact using a variety of testing. This role requires working across our integrated systems to support our business areas efficiently.
This position is focused on developing and executing quality tests. This is a hybrid position that requires three days a week in our Woodbridge office.
- Provide leadership on projects
- Create test strategy and approach
- Develop, maintain, and operationalize test plans
- Review business requirements and identify gaps
- Monitor project status and prepare reports
- Work closely with QA manager on allocation of shared resources
- Work closely with QA Automation team to identify and build test automation
- Mentor and guide QA analysts
- Bachelor’s degree
- A passion for testing and keeping up with new testing techniques
- Experience with different software development methodologies
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience with test automation tools
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities)
- Self‑motivated and deadline focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly proven analytical skillset
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

Base salary range: $ - $. Eligible for a discretionary incentive‑based bonus. Employees may participate in a 401(k) program with company profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
