Rate: $52 - $58 / hr. W2
Responsibilities- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and system performance.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to project planning activities including estimates, timelines, impact assessments, and ongoing status reporting.
- Support SDLC compliance by preparing and maintaining documentation, work products, and design artifacts.
- Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and participate in systems testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) — review and validate defects, triage issues, and determine when change controls are required.
- Assist in incident analysis and resolution of production issues and enhancement requests.
- Prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and maintain organized project documentation.
- 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably in Auto, Homeowners, or Commercial Auto.
- Experience supporting initiatives through the full systems development life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in an onsite team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
